It's great to see you and I hope you're doing well! Thank you for playing in the May NBUS Challenge with all your new goodies! From all the incredible entries, I have randomly chosen #110 Hilary to be showcased!
Congratulations, Hilary, and thank you for sharing your wonderful creations using NBUS!
The basic idea of this challenge is evident in the name. Whether it's something you have just purchased or something collecting dust in the back of a drawer, it feels good when you use something never-before-used in your creation and here is where you share and show-off those NBUS works of art! And as you can imagine, I have a huge mountain of NBUS, so I will also proudly share whenever I excavate and use something. Instructions for how to link are on a tab above.
Guest Designer!
To thank you for sharing your NBUS all these years (and/or to schpark your fire if you're in a bit of slump), I am randomly inviting participants to join me as guest designers. This month I'm delighted to welcome Pat of Colourful Card Creations!
Hi everybody. I was so thrilled when Darnell asked me to be the Guest Designer this time! Most months I dive into the NBUS box (or if I'm honest, boxes, lol) of brand-new or older-new items waiting for their debut performance and I join in the fun here. Thank you Darnell for giving us the opportunity to use our NBUS!
I have always crafted in one way or another with knitting and needlecrafts and some oil and watercolour painting, but it was when I decided to turn some cross-stitch into cards that I became hooked, and now cardmaking is my main hobby. Like many others, I started with paper-crafting (including decoupage), but then I decided to try stamping and I was hooked! Shortly afterwards I started my blog (Colourful Card Creations) and I enjoy being part of this wonderful crafting community. I love trying new techniques and enjoy all types of cardmaking. On the whole over the years, my style has become less fussy and I mainly use my stamps with inks, stencils, dies, and embossing folders, with much less of the papercrafting I started out doing.
Here is Pat's beautiful card to inspire you:
Thank you for being our June Guest Designer, Pat!
There are no limitations on what you can create, but there are a few RULES which you can find on the tab above. If this is your first visit, please take a minute to read them. You can also click here for answers to any questions you might have.
You may use this badge for your blog post if you like, but it is not mandatory.
I can't wait to see what you share with us!
The challenge closes June 30, 2022, at 10:00 p.m. PST.
Have fun!
